New Catalog Information

In addition to the retiring lists posted yesterday, please note the following changes in the new catalog, which explain some of the products appearing on the retired list:

• Only select Stampin' Write Markers will be available individually (Stampin' Write Markers in color collections will continue to be offered)
• 12" x 12" Textured Card Stock will no longer be offered.
• 12" x 12" Smooth Card Stock will only be available in select individual colors and color collections.
• Any item with an asterisk next to it is being reconfigured.  An example of this could be repackaging, as in the example above of the markers.
• Craft Ink Pads (other than black or white per above) and Craft Refills will no longer be offered.
• Classic Ink Refills (other than the retiring 2010-2012 In Colors) will still be available.
• Stampin' Spots are being discontinued.  Stampin' Up! may possibly reconfigure & sell some of the Classic Ink Spots.
• Other than the retiring 2010-2012 In Colors, the Stampin' Up! colors are NOT retiring.

IMPORTANT CORRECTION:
Two items (craft scissors and paper snips) that were included on the Retiring Accessories List are not actually retiring. The lists have been updated to remove these items.
A FINAL NOTE:  I have always been one to embrace change and am very optimistic that the new catalog will fulfill my stamping dreams of amazing new stamps, creative tools, yummy paper and splashy embellishments!

Retiring Accessories List Now Available

Get them before they are gone! The retired accessories and Definitely Decorative (including Décor Elements) lists are now available and won't stay around for long--these items are only available while supplies last (or until May 31)!

When you look at the retired accessories list, you'll note that all of our Stampin' Pads are listed. This is for two reasons:
(1) Craft Stampin' Pads will now only be available in black and white
(2) we are introducing a new Firm Foam pad in our Classic Stampin' Pads with the 2012-2013 annual catalog.
The Firm Foam pads offer better ink coverage and, in turn, better stamped images.  You will not have to replace all of your old stamp pads with the new firm foam pads. The new pads are designed to:
•Provide better ink coverage for your stamps!
•Light-tap stamping produces flawless images!
•Pad stays juicier for longer resulting in better ink pad longevity!

In addition, please note the following about the new catalog:

Occasions Mini Class #2

I should have posted these cards before the class last Tuesday, but my life gets so busy during the last few weeks of school.  I will do my very best to be more prompt in the future.  If you love any of these cards, contact me to order the supplies before the end of the Occasions Mini Catalog on the 30th.

Graduation Cards

I've been busy this weekend making graduation cards for my first group of Kindergartners who are graduating this year.  I used my favorite graduation set (Tassel Time) even though it is retired. 

I made 43 cards and will write a memory for each child from when he/she was in my class and enclose a photo of him/her at their Kindergarten graduation.  I think they will love it!!!

Basket Project

April Girls Night Out - Blossom Builders

Register now for the Blossom Builders Girls Night Out on Friday, April 27th at 6:00! You will make 20 cards for $24. In an attempt to keep the class cost low, I'm not providing dinner for this event.

The class fee includes a full Blossom Builders kit (complete with a full sheet of pink jewels), a full set of Notecards with Envelopes, and scraps to create the ribbon border for each card. You will also be able to use my Big Shot, Adorning Accents Embossing Folders, Perfectly Penned stamp set, and ink. All you need to bring are your scissors and adhesive.
