I designed our personal Christmas cards this week. I worked on the focal point at the campgrounds over the weekend and have that part done for 175 cards. I'm waiting for the cardstock and ribbon to arrive before I can finish them.
The card below was my first design, but there were a lot more steps to this design so I decided to wait until next summer to do them. It is my personal goal to have our Christmas cards done before I go back to school each year (or shortly after). I find it easier to get them done when I'm not teaching. Note the photo from about 3 years ago - look at that awful hairstyle!
My friend Susan Auyer designed the version below which I really like much better. It will be easier too because I won't have to punch through all of the layers like my design. I will be CASing her design for next year's card.
